We are thrilled to offer our delicious and healthy
small batch granola, made fresh in Wellfleet, MA.

Each batch is lightly sweetened with maple syrup, and offers
more than 50% nuts and seeds, with no processed sugars or fats added.
Our
Story
We've been baking, eating, tweaking and gifting this granola for decades, in response to the too-sweet-for-my-taste products in stores.
At the start of the COVID-19 lockdown, we became involved with a local non-profit, Common Table, created by the owner of The Fox and Crow Café in Wellfleet, MA, in response to the closure of several community meal programs and school closures. When the program ended the following year, we gifted a bag of granola in thanks for having been part of Common Table, and after tasting it, we were promptly asked to make it for the restaurant. So began production of As You Wish granola (& other treats) in early 2021 using the commercial kitchen of The Fox and Crow.
The restaurant closed for good in September of 2023, but the concept of offering our granola to a broader market was already developing during those many baking sessions. While no longer able to bake at the restaurant, we decided to build As You Wish Kitchen, with the original granola recipe the product launching it all. We may add additional versions and treats as we go. Stay tuned.

The origin of the name and word play is based on the William Goldman story The Princess Bride, and the inspiration is my sweet gentle giant Fezzik, the face our original label, his photo taken while in the office of the café.
